Please note that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. Same day cancellations will incur a 100% charge.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made more than 5 days before the appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
